  Salt lakes beautiful in the right light and conditions. But a bit grubby lotteries.

  The lake is beautiful and the views are stunning. The reason I'm only giving it 4 stars is the amount of trash and dog poo everywhere. Also it is not accessible. It would be a good idea for the local government to place some bins, make dog owners clean up the poo and to make a pathway so it's more accessible.

  A great place to go and stretch your legs or walk the dog. The land borders the Laguna de Torrevieja which is used as the source of the salt which is the towns main industry. In the summer the water in the lake turns pink and if you're really lucky you might just get to see a flamingo. There is a cycle track which runs through the area from the Torretas to Los Montesinos, nice and flat!

  Makes for an interesting afternoon. I would recommend taking bathing clothes to get the full experience. Cover yourself in the black mud and then bathe in the pink water for full benefits. Advisable to take own water to wash with afterwards. Have visited the pink lake but not the green so far. Best visited on a sunny day!

  Salty, supposed to be the healthiest place to live in the world, have a mud bath let it dry and wash in the salt water. Your skin afterwards is like a baby's. Amazing
