  Very expensive and always a long wait to get a cashier. There is now an ATM to the left of the main door that is inside a lockable cabin to avoid people attempting distraction theft, a really great idea.

  I have an account there with a reasonable amount of money and have have 3 bank cards that do not work. the last card was sent to me in Ireland without a pin number, ,trying to get a pin number was impossible I have spent days on the phone sending all necessary info my passport number etc. without a result.

  I'm left in Ireland without money and a card that does not work.I am 80 yrs of age and forbidden to fly due to medical reasons yet the bank insists that I appear in person at the bank just to get a pin number.

  The staff are very helpful. They also speak a number of languages and are very patient with the older retirees that bank here. If you are foreign and thinking about opening an account remember they do charge €24 a quarter for the account. Generally this bank gives a positive vibe it also has 2 cash machines outside.
